The Student Culinary Council at MSU – Mankato continues to make meaningful enhancements to campus dining. Throughout the academic year, the team has introduced fresh ideas and upgrades to elevate the student experience. Key accomplishments include:

  • Trending Tuesdays: On the first and third Tuesdays of each month, students can enjoy a new “trending” recipe featured at a dedicated station.
  • Upgraded Spice Racks: The Dining Center now features improved spice racks, equipped with larger containers and an expanded variety of seasonings—empowering students to customize their meals.
  • Tossed Bone-In Wings at Chet’s: Chet’s convenience store now offers tossed bone-in wings, available in both buffalo and BBQ flavors.

From flavor innovation to student-centered improvements, the Student Culinary Council is helping make campus dining more dynamic and delicious.
