Sodexo’s Mystery Shopper program is engineered to provide meaningful, real-time customer feedback that can be used to increase customer satisfaction, customer traffic and innovation on your campus. Students are enlisted to “randomly” shop locations or use services on campus. Upon check-out, they submit their observations and feedback through an online form.
